EPA Victoria will provide an overview of the new Act and discuss s118 written statements. Members will have an opportunity to discuss waste notices. The transition provision, which ensures officers maintain authorisation from July 1 2021, will also be explained.
This Member Meeting will then have free scenario-based training to assist members in transitioning to the new Act.
